Weekly Meal Prep - 5 for $50
Order by Thursday, pick up Saturday. Each meal includes 1 smoked protein (brisket, chicken, ribs, or tri-tip) + 2 homemade sides. Perfect for busy weeks when you want real soul food without the cook time. Delivery available within 30 miles for an additional fee.
Full-Service Catering
From intimate gatherings to large events, we cater 20-200 guests. Packages $800-$2,500 include smoked meats, homemade sides, setup, and service. Drop-off or full-service options available. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations.
Pre-Order Daily Menu
DM us 24 hours ahead to lock in your order from our rotating daily menu. Tri Tip Tuesday. Brisket Wednesday. Catfish Thursday. Wing Wednesday. Friday Fish Fry. Plates $12-$15 with 2 sides. Pickup at our Las Vegas or Henderson location.
Smoked Fresh Daily
We use a reverse wood-smoker with almond and apple woods for authentic BBQ flavor. Rib tips, tri-tip, brisket, chicken, beef ribs—all slow-smoked to perfection. Every side made from scratch. No shortcuts. No reheats. Real soul food.

Chef Damisi BBQ started as a passion project to bring authentic soul food to the streets of Las Vegas. Today, we operate 5-7 days a week, serve weekly meal prep customers, and cater events across the city. Our goal? Expand catering services across the West Coast and open a brick-and-mortar restaurant within 3 years. Every meal we prep, every event we cater, every customer we serve brings us closer to that dream.
